We're drinking the kool-aid and converting from a PC to a Mac. The blogging may be a bit hindered while I figure out this new-fangled computer.
So far, I love it!
So that you'll believe I'm not a perfect housekeeper, the picture on the right is incriminating evidence! The white rectangle-ish spot on the back of the table is DUST! yech.
we are thinking of getting one for Christmas because Zach does a lot of fiml making/editing for the ministry and has been told it is easier than Premier Pro...
I have heard it is a hard adjustment, but wonderful after you learn everything... I am not a self taught person, so I am sure it will frustrate me!!!
Chris is celebrating the great exodus to his way of thinking! He has used the Mac for years of graphics work, but recently he has helped 3 families purchase their own Apple systems. I'm still learning and he keeps a PC up at the house for me (and testing his web-design in Bill Gates format (even though it isn't "his" anymore)). Let us know if you have "major" issues :)

Heck yes.
Oh, and BTW, I highly recommend learning the quick keys. You'll end up doing a lot of things without the use of the mouse... which is fabulous.

On behalf of Joel, welcome to iFamily! :)
We are making the switch as well. Hopefully pretty soon. With all my photography stuff I NEED a mac.
