Sea Salt

The first time I bought unrefined sea salt, I was super frustrated that it didn't pour smoothly from the container. It works for me to put a small jar of it next to my stove with a baby spoon inside.

Why do I use sea salt instead of table salt?

Well, mostly because of the 80 trace minerals available in sea salt.  Did you know that iodine is naturally occurring in sea salt? It also provides a bit of iron, and magnesium.

We've used sea salt for about 10 years now and love it. I have some gray salt that tends to clump. Need to try this trick! Thanks! Love your header!

I use a salt grinder for that exact reason! It works great.
