Friday night my friend HB made an excellent gourmet French meal. She even dressed like Julia. HB spent her every free moment the week before, preparing for the big meal.

There were three

She took the hint.) Once completely stuffed, we went to see Julie & Julia. It was a great chick-flick.

to this interesting article from the NY Times, called Out of the Kitchen, Onto the Couch. Since being home from our summer travels I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen trying to restock my freezer. It is true: to eat healthy you will spend more time in the kitchen. But it is worth it.
