Happy Jalapenos

If there's one thing I'll plant again next year, it's a jalapeño plant.

We pulled it today because frost is predicted for next week.

how do you eat them? my friend makes homemade jalepeno poppers - she cuts them lengthwise, scrapes out the seeds, fills it with cream cheese, tops it with shredded cheese, then wraps it in bacon and then bake in the oven.
