This begins week 3 in the new house. Time flies! We're mostly back to normal but not really. One thing is sure - I need to get a menu in action. Here goes nothing...
It's spring, so our menu is reflecting a lot of spring greens (lettuce, arugula, kale, chard, gr. onion, radish)
Monday - lettuce wraps with chicken and thai peanut sauce...sort of like the Cheesecake Factory.
Tuesday - crepes with swiss cheese and swiss chard
Wednesday - beef stroganoff, mashed potatoes and green salad
to do: make kombucha
Thursday - chicken a la king, kale and brown rice
Friday - homemade pizza with arugula + sugar cookies with neighbor gals
Saturday - (Farmer's Market opens! Easter Egg Hunt!) Going to a friend's Seder dinner, taking a salad.
Palm Sunday - fish cakes and salad
During the week I need to (find time!) to also make:
- granola
- crackers for Sister ?
- yogurt

What are you doing with the radishes? I can only enjoy so many on my salad and I gave some away but...they sure are tangy. Maybe I'll dip them in ranch - oh, I would need to find time to make that then :)
