Our family took advantage of living in Phoenix (and John being on Spring Break) by going to a Cactus League game this afternoon. We saw the Cubs and Padres play. Maybe I should say we were at the field. :)We bought cheap seats ($6/each, JI was free) and sat on the "lawn." It was incredibly hot. At times I felt like we were at the beach - skin and sunscreen!
Despite the look on Destructo's face in the family photo, he had a great time. So many new people to become friends! He walked around giving away Fruit Loops - esp. to children. What a riot!Mid-game he took off his hat to use as a glove and played catch with the guy in front of us.
