Hubby turned in his final papers today. We celebrated by spending a few hours at the zoo. He was chosen at the animal show to toss a grape to a huge bird (the bird caught it.)Thought you'd enjoy a few other pictures from the day.
The frog is from Brazil (if I remember correctly) and the porcupine was from SE Asia.
The highlight of the day for Mr. Intensity was riding in a paddle boat. He's been wanting to do it for ages - but lazy me didn't want to paddle alone. We were the hottest family on the lake. It's supposed to reach 100* this weekend.
Thankfully I didn't get pooped on today!
