At midnight last night we rolled into Little Rock. By making the trip, I was hopeful that I could talk with the birthmom face to face.
I've texted, but not talked, with Angela. It appears as if she wants to parent.
My emotions have been all over the board today yet I feel a peace.
Hopefully we'll know more in coming days.
One encouraging thing - someone contacted a friend of mine to say a furnished house in central Arkansas would be available to us (FREE!) for the 10-12 day waiting period after the baby is born. I don't even know the home owners but they've read this blog and want to extend hospitality. I am grateful - and a bit overwhelmed by the thought.
Something fun from today - we ate at the Purple Cow for dinner. I didn't feel like eating all day, but I scarfed my burger and fries. Hubby had his usual chicken caesar salad and we split a purple shake. Yum.
