We may be stuck in Little Rock longer than planned...thanks to the ice storm. So far, we've just had rain, but look at the icy pictures from our friends in northern Arkansas.
The orginal plan was to leave tomorrow morning - but when we realized the craziness of the coming storm, we almost left this afternoon. We called friends in Nashville and decided to stay in Little Rock. We'd rather be in a house than in a car on the side of the interstate.

It freezes like that in Bavaria. It's beautiful. We went to the Alps and toured around some castles in the area with the ice on the trees like that and snowflakes as big as your pinky and it was GORGEOUS.
