CHOP!

Mr. Intensity has enjoyed using the Crinkle Cutter I found second hand for cheap!  It's quite easy to use and I feel better about him using it (instead of his preferred...knife!)

In the pictures he's cubing yam and egg plant for Indian Curry for the CrockPot.  I changed the recipe and used more garlic and less curry (it was a bit too spicy with 2T curry).  yummm!
