The Best Pet

He found two box turtles and has enjoyed torturing playing with them.  Hubby and I made him release one last night.  Today he's made a home for the remaining survivor.  The paint stick is to provide shelter.  :)

Sheer joy.

According to the Box Turtle Survey, done in Arkansas, it's best not to remove turtles from the wild.  I suppose the turtle won't get to enjoy his new home for long.
