This first one makes me laugh (well, they both make me laugh - that's why I'm sharing.)
Some children are comforted by blankies or soft toys. My child finds comfort from a bungee cord.
He's listening to The Indian and the Cupboard, downloaded from audiblekids.com. It's the best $15 I've spent all summer. It was a sanity saver on our 22 hour drive from Colorado to Kentucky.
The next picture actually shocked me. I *thought* my foot was large at a size 9. It won't be long before his foot is as big as mine!

Wow Julie! That seems big! Josh still wears an 11. He turned 5 in June. He is not small but not tall either. Although, I am only 5feet tall and wear a size 8 shoe so I am not sure how much height is relevant.
Wow, he is going to be tall with big feet! My boy who will be 5 in August only wears a size 11.5 shoe. However, my daughter who is 18 months is in a 6.5 shoe which is HUGE for a girl's foot at that age (all her friends are in size 4-5). Oh well!
That is a pretty bug foot. I'm pretty sure most of the kids at my school around 5 wear 11/12. The bungee cord is cracking me up!
Comfort in a bungee cord...I have definitely never seen that before, so cute!
Gerrick turned 5 in March and still wears a 10.
LOVE the bungee cord...hahaha...boys...
