Reformation Day Pancakes (I tried.)
Pancake Artist I am not. This guy is - and his blog is dedicated to amazing pancakes.
I tried to make pancakes for dinner tonight (with pumpkin, plus a chocolate batter). They looked terrible.
But Mr. Intensity was impressed. That's all that matters.
In hindsight, I should have squeezed the chocolate batter on the griddle first then the pumpkin. Oh well.
