He was the Declaration of Independence (a repeat idea from two years ago but new and improved costume.)
He had people sign the back. And passed out copies of the Declaration of Independence.
We trick or treated before dark then came home to pass out candy. Thanfully we ran out of candy so he volunteered to give away a LOT of his loot. Yay!
