Monday Needs a Menu

Sunday
make your own Mexican salad - Black beans & rice
(boasting here:  Delicious rice.  To make the broth, I used feet plus 2 smoked chickens in a Big Green Egg and it was the best broth I've ever made.)
bottle kombucha

Monday
Mulligatawny Soup from freezer
rolls
lacto-ferment turnips and radishes like these

Tuesday
boeuf bourguignon from freezer
put chicken in crock pot overnight

Wednesday

I will triple recipe for the freezer


Thursday
pizza

Friday
Another batch cooking extravaganza with HB.  I love cooking with my BFF and I love having all the meals in the freezer.  Cooking in huge batches like this saves so much time.

My dad is a Big Green Egg guru!! He cooks everything on it!! And I'll admit everything I tasted he's made on it was amazing. I even took a small bite of steak and it was good!! :-)
