Oh man. I don't envy you. Not one bit. Selling our home was so stressful!
I am with you sista! Our home has been on the market since January........ ugh!!!! I have had such broad ranges of feelings on the subject. I didn't check your links out yet, but I will. Sounds like a hoot.
(when our virtual tour was being done, the man came 5 hours late, and I assumed he had already been there and left, so by the time he got there the house was in NO means READY to be photographed and my children were all running around pantless..... so mine is not that great either...)
